The project was born from a simple observation: the need for housing, emergency accommodations, or flexible solutions for housing, lodging, and activity spaces is a reality for many communities across France. At the same time, numerous plots of land remain vacant, particularly during the planning and development phases of real estate projects. Occupying these lands with high-quality temporary operations could provide them with utility and attractiveness.
