SISTA, in partnership with CNRS, is launching "(un)bias," a unique project blending art, awareness, and science. The inflatable installation hosts cognitive bias tests, inviting visitors to explore their implicit biases on gender, leadership, and culture. Using the Harvard Implicit Association Test, participants engage in a 10-minute experience, with data analyzed by CNRS to uncover systemic discrimination. "(un)bias" will travel to cultural events, collecting insights for a forthcoming scientific paper. (un)bias is a project commissioned by SISTA, a French non-profit organization created in 2018 by Tatiana Jama, Céline Lazorthes, Valentine De Lasteyrie, Roxanne Varza and Raphaëlle Martin-Neuville.
