Hover to follow mouse effect on button and hover to reveal the background

I really like the design PixelPoint has done for Huly for the new home page's design. I want to see if I can make some of those interactions in Webflow. Unfortunately, it's really hard to make it with native Webflow interactions. So I have to write some custom code to make it work. The design credit goes to the team at PixelPoint; I did not come up with this interaction idea.
