Designed and developed an immersive website for a private Japanese onsen retreat. Built entirely in Webflow with GSAP-powered scroll animations including parallax image galleries, pinned horizontal scroll, stacking card reveals, and a before/after compare slider. Features a custom interactive reservation system with pill-based filters that dynamically enable/disable bathing spaces based on setting, experience, temperature, and guest capacity. Dark atmospheric UI with a three-tier design token system, responsive across all breakpoints.
