Ollo Living is a sub-brand of Capital & Centric, which is a leading social impact property developer based in Manchester. The objective of the Ollo Living website was to separate C&C's property development from its built-to-rent operations. The Ollo sub-brand features a fresh brand identity that more closely appeals to its market audience. The website itself pushes the capabilities of Webflow using many collections and multi-reference fields to create complex functionality that allows the editors to add layers of content once to multiple areas and pages easily. It also extensively uses custom code (JS), Finsweet tech, and Relume components to advance the native features of Webflow further. Ultimately, this combination has enabled the creation of advanced pages with simple input from the editors. These feature-rich pages provide visitors with concise, informative user journeys that focus on engagement and conversion.
