La Pinardière

La Pinardière is a Provençal villa sleeping up to 10 guests, built for Pierre Philippe — a Belgian owner sharing a cherished family property in Pignans, Var. Before this site, the villa relied entirely on Airbnb and Abritel: solid visibility, but at the cost of commission fees and a standardised listing format that couldn't capture the house's real character. The goal was to give La Pinardière its own digital presence — one that tells the full story of the place, the host, and the experience, while making direct enquiries easier. The result is a branded Webflow site with a photo gallery, pricing page, FAQ, blog and CMS structure for long-term SEO growth — reducing platform dependency and building a more sustainable acquisition channel.
