Calculating The Estimated Reading Time For Your Webflow CMS Using Javascript

Wanted to create a JavaScript snippet that was a little more detailed than the calculators found online. Uses an average reading speed of 250 words per minute also adds 10 seconds for each image in the rich text to account for the time a user might glance at an image as they are reading.
