Use A Dropdown Component To Control Tabs

*** Please note that the dropdown controls the tabs but the tabs menu doesn't control the dropdown component so this should be used in situations where the default tabs menu might not work and would be hidden (ie for mobile portrait)*** A tabs component which is also controlled by a dropdown component. The reason for this is that while the tabs menu is great, when users navigate the mobile experience, having a dropdown menu can sometimes work better than stacking each tab link vertically.
