Small Windows 98 Ui Kit

I've created a tiny website with components and UI from Windows 98. I wanted to get the retro look on a modern website. It's a super simple site, just wanted to test the components. Feel free to clone it, i've created a little section on the "Style Palet" page with the custom code for the different components.
