Since 1974, Transchem group has continued to create, innovate and deliver excellent car wash brands and products to the world. Transchem identified that their website was a bottleneck for potential lead generation, due to the lack of user centric design, and poor user experience. We were able to optimize their overall user experience with a new website design by focusing on user journey mapping and information hierarchy.
