The Entrepreneur Fund wanted to overcome being perceived as a "best-kept secret" despite their impactful, wide-reaching work in the region. They aimed to shed this label and become more widely recognized for their support of local businesses, while also elevating their representing in a more professional matter. While preserving key elements of their existing brand that were well-established, we simplified and streamlined their visual identity. The brand refresh resulted in a more flexible and user-friendly brand identity for the Entrepreneur Fund.

With the new brand in place, we redesigned the Entrepreneur Fund’s entire website, cleaning up it’s structure and enhancing its user experience.

EFund

The Duluth Playhouse’s goal is to be creators of innovative, inclusive, and high-quality theatre right in the Duluth, MN / Superior, WI twin ports region. To match this goal, especially the “creators of innovative” piece, we partnered with them to completely redesign and develop a brand new website for them, leveraging the bold redesign we completed for them.

In creating the full website redesign, we reimagined the homepage to pack a big punch. Its incorporation of black gives the site an elevated, sophisticated feel while also drawing visitors in with the use of engaging photography. The site's dynamic nature, encourages visitors scroll and click around to learn more. However, important elements (to the Playhouse and patrons) are always easy to find, no matter where you are on the site. This makes actions like purchasing tickets and making donations just a click away.

Duluth Playhouse

Justice North is a nonprofit civil law firm dedicated to the principle that equal access to justice is a basic human right, regardless of background or circumstances. They aim to open the doors of the legal system to the most vulnerable in our communities by providing critical legal assistance to preserve our clients' safety, security, and stability. However, their previous name, Legal Aid Services of Northeastern Minnesota, and brand didn’t do a good job representing all the good they do. We helped create a new name, Justice North, brand, various marketing materials, office signage and interior design, as well as a high-functioning and user-friendly website.

The new website was a particularly big step up for the organization. It provide them with an elevated, clean and intuitive design, user-friendly functionality, while also allowing them to easily make changes as needed.

The group that makes up Slope City aims to be the synthesis of visual design expertise applied to the medium of sound and songwriting. As a full band looking to grow even more in visibility, Slope City needed a website to promote themselves and their shows.

The Victory Chorus provides a safe, loving, and supportive space that welcomes people living with dementia to engage in their community, build connections and experience joy through song. They felt that their brand was outdated and lacked the ability for their internal team to use it easily across different promotional and communication pieces. We create a new flexible brand system for the organization that could easily be used across various communication medium, including a newly designed website. The Victory Chorus website’s was thoughtfully designed with particular care given to accessibility given the Victory Chorus' older audience. Additionally, we utilized Stripe's API and their client-only checkout to have a simple donation user flow that allows potential donors to pick a one time donation or a monthly contribution from the site.
