Bland AI is a voice AI infrastructure company helping businesses instantly connect with leads using real-time, human-sounding agents.

We partnered with their team during a period of hypergrowth, going from pre-seed to Series B in just 10 months, to lead a full website transformation in Webflow.

The initial ask: launch a high-performance, fully animated landing page in under a week for their Series B announcement. After launch, we monitored performance and executed a 24-hour UX revamp to address a drop in conversions.

Over time, we expanded the project to include a CMS-powered resource hub, tailored use case pages aligned with ICPs, and conversion-optimized case studies. Each page was designed to support the buyer journey and scale with the team.

The result is a modular, performance-driven site that increased organic traffic by 35%, improved conversions across key pages, and helped cement Bland AI as one of the most recognizable brands in the voice AI space.
