One of Florida’s leading home insurance companies, Edison Insurance enlisted the expertise of Perpetual to reimagine their overall website experience. Similar to the Florida Peninsula project, the Edison Insurance team was looking for a much more modernized way to showcase their products to customers in comparison to how their website was previously laid out. Before we dove in, Edison’s website didn’t generate many leads since the user experience didn’t offer a simple way to engage with visitors to help them access the insurance quotes they were searching for. Perpetual applied its user-centered design thinking to the Edison Insurance website and swiftly revamped it into an all-new experience that was ready to be enjoyed by customers across Florida.
