🙌🏻Hi there! This is my 3rd project for Showcase gallery. As my first task as a Brand Designer in Webflow I've been assigned with a task to redesign the Starter Templates used by Webflow users. Starter templates great for beginners and super easy to polish for your content even for something like a presentation for a new job or a new client. We've now Store, Business and Portfolio layout available while creating a new project.

👨🏻‍💻I've also created this Portfolio concept for a woman named Jane Lo as a part of my full walkthrough. Later on I've added a Black version of the homepage for you to give you more various options while using the starter template. Check the whole video and learn how to create your portfolio in ~15 minutes!

Once the popup is open, scrolling of the entire page is disabled using custom code (body = overflow hidden). This helps longer content in the popup overlay to scroll more comfortably without accidentally scrolling the whole page. For the video popup, additional custom jQuery code is needed to stop the video from running in the background when the close button is clicked.

Plyr Video Player for Webflow

Hi my gorgeous friends of Webflow,

This project plays a bit with YouTube APIs, window scroll event, and - of course - the beauty and power of Webflow interactions to create a horizontal scroll animation where videos are automatically played or paused on scroll.

Also delayed the play function a bit to add an intro animation to each video by mixing the horizontal scrolling with simple scroll into view interactions.

The page load animation is a bonus. 😊

This is a simple Youtube tabs setup, no CMS — there are a fixed number of tabs each with a different video. A small snippet of code in the <body> section of the page settings stops the current video playing when any tab is clicked. Please don't ask me how to further customise the code as I don't know howwwwwwwwww
