Dan has executed 25+ M&A transactions (including Okta's $6.5 billion acquisition of Auth0) and 20+ venture investments (including 3 successful exits with 3x ROIC). He has strong domain expertise in B2B SaaS across web development, cybersecurity, identity, and fintech.
