Driven by curiosity and a passion for problem-solving, my journey in technology has led me to my role as CTO at VML, where I guide a diverse team of over 80 specialists across multiple disciplines. My unconventional career path, spanning engineering, law, and business development, provides me with a unique perspective on technology leadership, enabling me to bridge technical innovations with business objectives.
Throughout my career, I've led development teams to international recognition, including Cannes Lions Festival award. My leadership has driven successful talent management initiatives, large-scale technological migrations, and the development of award-winning digital platforms. I focus on fostering innovation and continuous improvement, while enhancing communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Beyond technology, I draw inspiration from cinematography, street photography, and Formula 1, which often provide fresh perspectives for my professional endeavors.
