The animation is based on while scrolling in view with a scale of the line div blocks from 0 to 1 (with different origins)

Hey folks — Ben Parker, Nick Brown, Jake Spirek, Katie Ngo, and I built this website to help support our home city's small business community.

What's new:

- "Tip a Server" is now active

Let’s support our local restaurants and businesses during the Covid-19 outbreak. Use this guide as a template to build a directory app for your own county or community.

This a one-pager, restaurant-themed template. Covid-related shutdowns have caused small restaurants to close their doors. This template is designed to help restaurants provide an online menu that helps their customers order take-out or delivery from the comfort & safety of their homes. 

I made it just 1 page with no CMS items so that it can be used on a free Webflow plan with staged hosting. The colors can easily be changed by altering the preset color swatches in the designer. All content changes (images & text) can be made in the editor.

Talk about a fun project. Designing an app, designing a landing page, developing the page in Webflow, and even dabbling in some 3d (C4D lite to lottie).

Very early on in the pandemic, we were tasked with creating a social distancing app and landing page. Our goal was to create a more light-hearted experience for such a serious topic. We tried to achieve that by utilizing Pablo Stanley's Open Peeps illustration library (webflow.com/pablostanley).

Covid-19 Helper!  A website with a contact form so people can get in touch and you can help them when they are self-isolating. 

FOR THE VULNERABLE:
•These people can quickly and easily submit their name and contact number and indicate what they need help with. From there we can match them with people that are willing to help via a mutural aid group.

(Also, the site will have a resource for those that are not online.)

FOR THE PEOPLE WANTING TO HELP:
• You can download the Coronavirus Helper PDF and put it through your neighbour's letterboxes.
• You can put your name on the website and say what you can help with (optional)
• You can request to join this group to become a helper.
