Fusion is an executive search firm specializing in product and engineering for the high-growth organizations and iconic companies of the future. The Fusion founders approached Wunderdogs to build their brand from the ground up helping them prepare for a full-scale launch. We worked with the team to develop their brand foundations and positioning leaning into an ‘anti-scale’ concept where direct relationships and high-touch service lead to the best results. When developing the website we continued to express the underlying ‘anti-scale’ approach with a site structure and design that paired things right back to a single-page site. The intention was to give users the least amount of information to understand what Fusion could deliver. We wanted to create a high-impact site that hooked people in, encouraging them to want to find out more. Where reputations speak for themselves, we placed founders front and center as the face of the brand.
