Agentor is a real estate website template for estate agencies. A properties collection with a page per listing, agent profiles, a viewing booking form and CMS collections for properties, blog posts and categories.
An estate agency site is a listings engine with a brand wrapped around it. Agentor is a real estate website template built that way: properties are a CMS collection, so each listing gets its own page and the index maintains itself as stock changes.
It suits sales and lettings agencies, property consultancies and developers presenting available stock alongside the team who sell it.

Blog, blog category and property entries are held in Webflow CMS collections. Adding an entry means filling in fields rather than rebuilding a page, and it appears in the relevant listings automatically. For a site that gets updated regularly, this is the part that decides whether it stays current.
There is a dedicated booking page with date, location and category fields rather than a generic contact form. In a business where the viewing is the conversion, that is the page that matters.
A team page gives each negotiator a profile. Property is a relationship sale and vendors choose agencies partly on who they will be dealing with.
It presents your stock and books viewings. It does not connect to a property portal feed, sync with your CRM, run valuations, handle offers, or manage tenancy and referencing paperwork. Listings are entered in Webflow, so if your stock lives in an agency system that stays the source and you would need an integration to keep them aligned.
Properties, blog posts and categories are CMS entries, so listing changes are made through the Editor without touching the design.
If you would rather not do it yourself, our team can customise this template for you, from colour and content changes through to new pages and custom functionality. Request a Webflow template customization quote, or read more about our Webflow customization service.
Can it pull listings from a portal feed?
No. Properties are entered in Webflow. If your stock lives in an agency CRM, that remains the source and an integration would be needed.
How do viewings work?
A dedicated booking page collects date, location and contact details. You confirm against your own diary.
Can I show sold and let properties?
Yes, that is a field on the property collection rather than a separate build.
Does it handle offers or tenancy paperwork?
No. Those belong in your agency software.
Are agent profiles included?
Yes, there is a team page with a profile for each person.
Support and ongoing updates are included. Message us after purchase if you need the Figma file and we will send it over.

Use the View Connections tool to understand where the CMS content is on the site and delete any dynamic listings and CMS content. We also recommend you to check Components and the Collection page Templates.
