Terris is a Webflow template built for single-property websites — apartment buildings, boutique rental communities, and leasing teams marketing one address. 26 pages with CMS, floor plans, and Figma file included.
When you're marketing one building, every page on your website is a sales tool. Terris is built for that job. Designed for property managers, leasing professionals, and developers showcasing a single residential building — whether that's a luxury high-rise, a boutique apartment community, or a modern multifamily complex — Terris gives you a site that sells the building before the viewing.

Terris includes 26 unique pages — the largest page count in the Loonis real estate catalogue — and multiple layout variations, giving you a complete, renter-ready site for every part of the leasing journey.
