OPTHA is an optometrist website template for eye care practices, pairing an appointment request that lists the actual examination types with a working shop for frames and lenses. Six CMS collections including services, products and team.
Eye care is half clinic and half retail, and most medical templates only handle the clinic. OPTHA is an optometrist website template with both: an appointment form whose service list covers comprehensive examinations, vision testing, paediatric and senior check-ups and dry eye evaluation, alongside a shop with checkout for frames and lenses.
It suits optometrists, ophthalmology practices and opticians selling eyewear as well as examinations.

Blog category, blog, category, product, service and team entries are held in Webflow CMS collections. Adding an entry means filling in fields rather than rebuilding a page, and it appears in the relevant listings automatically. For a site that gets updated regularly, this is the part that decides whether it stays current.
Not a generic subject field. A practice receiving a request already knows whether it is a routine test, a paediatric check or a dry eye consultation, which decides the appointment length.
Frames, lenses and accessories sell through a real checkout. For a practice where retail is a large share of revenue, running it on the same site as the booking is the point.
It requests appointments and sells retail products. It does not connect to practice management or patient records, check clinician availability, hold prescriptions or dispense against them, or process insurance. It is not a patient portal. Patient data carries confidentiality and data protection obligations that vary by territory, and selling prescription eyewear is regulated in many places: verification and dispensing are yours.
Services, products, categories, team, blog posts and categories are all CMS entries, so both the clinical list and the retail catalogue are editable without design access.
If you would rather not do it yourself, our team can customise this template for you, from colour and content changes through to new pages and custom functionality. Request a Webflow template customization quote, or read more about our Webflow customization service.
What does the appointment form collect?
Contact details, a preferred date and the type of examination, chosen from the real service list.
Is the shop a working store?
Yes, with products, categories and checkout for frames, lenses and accessories.
Can I sell prescription lenses online?
That depends on your licence and jurisdiction. Verification and dispensing are regulated and stay in your own process.
Does it connect to practice management software?
No. Availability, records and dispensing stay in your clinical systems.
How do I change the examination types?
Services are a CMS collection, and the appointment form options are editable in the Designer.
