We’re updating our Terms of Service. By continuing to use Webflow after October 14, 2022, you’ll be agreeing to comply with the terms. As always with these sorts of updates, please read the new Terms of Service carefully. 

Some key changes:

• Incorporated a new Acceptable Use Policy that sets forth general use restrictions and describes the types of activities/content that may not be posted, published, or uploaded via Webflow’s platform.
• Clarified your responsibility to safeguard your Webflow account and/or content from ownership disputes and the resolution process if there is ever a dispute.
• Added the right for us to refer to you and/or your content for the limited purpose of marketing and promotional activities.
• Clarified your responsibilities when you handle and process your end users’ information.
