Instead of working in isolated silos, teams could collaborate directly within Webflow using built-in commenting, real-time previews, and page branching to streamline reviews and reduce risk.
For a company whose audience expects precision and clarity, the ability to iterate visually and quickly was crucial. Whether refining the homepage or launching a new campaign, the team could see exactly how content would look and function before going live. “We use Webflow pages almost like visual shorthand: Instead of mocking something up in Figma, we can show the real thing, get feedback, and hit publish,” said Liam.
Webflow’s role-based permissions also enabled safer collaboration between content, design, and engineering. Marketers can move quickly without fear of breaking something. “Our site needs to earn trust before we ever get to a demo. For a Geoscience and Geologist audience of MAs and PhDs , credibility is everything,” said Liam. “Webflow lets us publish the content that makes that possible.”

Prior to Webflow, we weren’t seeing major traffic growth. With Webflow Enterprise, our monthly traffic has seen a 14x increase. It was the kind of growth that made it apparent that we needed infrastructure that could keep up at the same rate.

Since relaunching their website, VRIFY has seen a significant spike in traffic — momentum that reflects both stronger demand and the team’s ability to capitalize on it. “Before, publishing anything was a slow, drawn out process. Now it takes hours, not days. That velocity lets us respond to the market in real time,” said Liam.
With Webflow powering faster publishing and more sophisticated content experiences, the marketing org has expanded its scope. They’ve rolled out key product pages, launched in-depth customer stories, and created event content and forms that directly engage their audience. “I’ve built hundreds of WordPress sites,” said Liam. “You can’t move like this on WordPress.”
And they’re just getting started. To keep up with growing demand and push their web strategy even further, VRIFY has now hired a full-time digital experience lead, which underscores how central the website has become to their go-to-market motion.
