Password protection

Password protection

Password protection is a security feature restricting certain website areas to authorized users, requiring a secret phrase or key to access them. Online banking, ecommerce, and other websites that deal with sensitive information typically implement password security to prevent data breaches and keep user information safe against cyber attacks and threats.

Similarly, organizations often use password protection for websites, in-house portals, communication platforms, and other employee-only digital spaces, allowing them to share confidential updates and resources securely.
