How Awardco launched a rebrand and built a scalable web presence for a billion-dollar milestone

Awardco’s website was slow to update, hard to scale, and no longer reflected their billion-dollar valuation. With Webflow Enterprise and Amply, the team rebuilt in six months, launching 2,000+ pages, scaling globally, and doubling conversions while solidifying industry leadership.

Awardco has been disrupting the employee rewards and recognition space for the last 10 years. Recognition has grown from "nice to have" to an essential HR function, and the importance of timely recognition and meaningful rewards is consistently shown to build culture, incentivize performance, and power engagement. Awardco combines innovation, flexibility, and capability with one of the world’s largest reward networks. Through the platform, HR leaders can easily recognize employees across industries, company sizes, and locations—making recognition simple and impactful.

As they scaled toward enterprise growth with a Series B milestone on the horizon, the team knew their website needed to match their evolving brand. The site plays a critical role in demand generation, account-based marketing, sales enablement, thought leadership, and fueling consistent pipeline. “Between 30 and 50% of all of our new pipeline comes through the website, and it influences 100% of our revenue,” said Justin Taysom, Senior Director of Demand Generation.

To meet those stakes, Awardco needed a web presence that could keep pace with their global growth. The team set out to build a site capable of supporting multiple regions, audiences, and contributors, all while reinforcing the credibility of a growing enterprise brand.

Working with Webflow Partner, Amply, to rebuild for speed, scale, and credibility

“As a lean team, we needed to move quickly while elevating our brand from an industry disruptor to an industry leader. Starting from scratch in Webflow gave us the scalability to get there, and partnering with Amply ensured we had the expertise to make it happen.”

 — Michael Lee, Web Developer, Awardco

Awardco’s previous website had become a “Frankenstein” of mismatched templates, outdated branding, and difficult-to-scale infrastructure. For a company positioning itself as an industry leader post–Series B, it wasn’t sustainable. “At the executive level, the question was: Do we look, feel, and act like the leader we want to be? The old site didn’t get us there,” said Justin.

Awardco knew they couldn’t take on a full rebuild alone and began looking for a partner. They turned to Amply for its local presence, Webflow expertise, and proven record of building scalable, componentized systems.

Previously, on Webflow’s self-serve offering, the team needed an enterprise-grade platform that would scale with their growth. Webflow Enterprise offered the features that would allow marketing to move fast and meet the tight launch deadline without relying on developers: branching, build mode, a robust CMS, and roles and permissions. Enterprise support and security gave the leadership team confidence that the site could handle the demands of a global enterprise. “Webflow Enterprise bred a culture of radical ownership,” said Hannah Robinson, Product Marketing Manager. “If something was broken, anyone could go in and fix it without waiting on a developer. It maximized efficiencies.”

The scope was ambitious: a complete rebrand, website rebuild, and the launch of Awardco’s annual RCGNZ Summit site, all in parallel so they could announce their Series B. Together, Awardco and Amply rebuilt the marketing site entirely, launching 420 new pages across four locales, and more than 2,000 CMS-driven pages in total. With page branching, multiple team members could work on different pages at the same time, a level of parallel collaboration that drastically accelerated the project. “Without Webflow’s branching feature, the site would never have been done on time,” said Michael Lee, Awardco Lead Web Developer. Despite the scale, the team cut their expected timeline in half. “We were able to cut our launch timeline in half, finishing in six months what, otherwise, could have taken 1 year,” said Hannah.

Webflow’s Enterprise support team was instrumental in the rebuild, partnering closely with the Awardco team to resolve 11 support tickets, with several escalated to engineering. “Enterprise support resolved a critical blocker in 12 hours that could have otherwise been catastrophic, saving a full week of dev time,” said Hannah.

Scaling global content through advanced collaboration and Webflow Localization

“Webflow Localization made it simple to scale globally without extra tools. We launched four locales directly in the Designer, improved SEO in weeks, and empowered non-technical teammates to jump in and translate content safely. It’s been a game-changer for speed and reach.”

-  Jake Webster, Director of Web Marketing, Awardco

Over 10,000 hours went into the rebrand and relaunch, with more than 30 contributors collaborating across the U.S., Japan, South Korea, and Brazil. Webflow’s roles and permissions and Build Mode enabled safe contributions from non-technical teams. “Designers who aren’t web developers were able to swap out visuals and translations without risk of breaking layouts,” said Hannah.

The graphic design team alone managed and uploaded more than 3,000 visuals across languages directly into the Asset panel, a scale that wouldn’t have been possible without a system built for collaboration.

Awardco Web Developer Mackay Killian highlighted how the new CMS foundation and componentized design system unlocked scale for both marketing and sales. “We were able to organize thousands of resources and make them easy for sales and prospects to find. We tagged every testimonial and story, so the right content shows up on the right product page automatically,” he said. “We could build 5–8 new pages just by reusing one template.” In conjunction with a specially-built design system in Figma, every component and design-element was mapped out like “puzzle pieces” the team could plug in and reuse across the site.

With Webflow Localization in place, Awardco now operates in four fully localized versions — US English, UK English, Canadian English, and French Canadian — each tailored for nuance and SEO. “We localize all content right within the Designer, without relying on extra tools,” said Michael. What would have cost an estimated $30,000 to outsource is now managed entirely in-house, with minimal training required.

“Multiple people from our team were able to update locale-specific content simultaneously, which made the process dramatically faster,” said Hannah. “Because Localization was so easy to use, we could jump right in and handle translations ourselves. What could have taken 8+ hours of developer work per language was reduced to just a few hours across the team.” Within weeks, Awardco saw measurable gains in keyword rankings and traffic in new regions.

A website that educates, converts, and performs with Webflow Optimize

“Normally, you’d expect a 25% drop in traffic after a relaunch. Instead, we recovered in weeks and moved up in every metric that mattered. And with Optimize, we’re continuing to build on that momentum, testing, personalizing, and driving even more conversions as we grow.”

-  Jake Webster, Director of Web Marketing, Awardco

Looking forward, the team is investing in Optimize for deeper personalization and ABM, while continuing to expand globally. “Because Optimize is directly in Webflow, we don’t have to rely on a dev resource to run tests. Now our team is empowered to focus on building tailored journeys that help prospects get to the right information faster,” said Michael.

Within just two months of the relaunch, Awardco restored nearly all of its search visibility, achieving 99.8% keyword recovery compared to an industry average of nine months and a competitor’s 17-month recovery following a similar launch. The new site’s design and user experience drove a 33% increase in page views and a 21% increase in engagement time. Clearer messaging and a smoother user journey also led to an over 2x increase in conversion rate

On the acquisition side, Webflow’s built-in SEO features supported a 110% organic traffic recovery in under 2 months (excluding paid efforts). Combined, these gains translated into an estimated $30–40K in monthly cost savings, avoiding the paid search spend that would have been required to maintain traffic during a typical migration.

With performance gains already exceeding expectations, the team sees the site not as a finished project, but as a foundation to keep building on. “We’re excited to continue growing with Webflow, pushing the platform to new levels and staying on the forefront of innovation,” said Michael.
