Bug

A bug is an error, fault, or flaw in an application or software that causes the program to behave unexpectedly, often producing inaccurate and invalid output. Bugs can create issues such as broken links and forms that submit incorrectly. In some cases, they may even cause the browser or app to crash altogether.

From a business perspective, software bugs can frustrate visitors, causing them to abandon the website. When users navigate away from your site, you lose their potential business, which translates to high bounce rates and lower conversion and retention. For example, if a system bug doesn't let users add products to their shopping cart, they can't make purchases, causing your business to lose revenue.
