Form block

Form blocks allow you to add form elements to a website, including appointment booking, surveys, applications, polls, and contact forms. Forms are one of the most valuable tools for businesses because they enable efficient data collection and allow website visitors to engage with the website by submitting information.

A form’s anatomy includes 3 child elements:

  • The form itself, which contains form inputs and elements
  • A success message, which communicates a successful form submission
  • An error message, which communicates an issue with the form submission

Webflow’s form blocks are fully customizable and editable, allowing you to optimize each form to fit your needs. You can also connect your forms to Logic, streamlining the information collection process by sending data from form submissions to other apps or routing submissions to specific team members based on the submission content or type of form.
