On November 15, 2023, we're updating our Terms of Service, Global Privacy Policy, EU & Swiss Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum. Please read these terms and policies carefully as they will apply to your use of the Webflow platform, including your rights and responsibilities.

Some key changes:

• Clarified how our policies and additional terms apply when using Webflow
• Explained what happens if you lose access to your Primary Email Address
• Clarified the responsibilities for Webflow users who build websites for clients
• Explained how the Terms apply if you have or you upgrade to an Enterprise Account
• Included additional information regarding certain violations of our Acceptable Use Policy
• Created a new Product Terms page that governs the use of certain Webflow products
• Clarified what happens when workspace or site plan usage is exceeded

We also updated our Privacy Policies and Data Processing Addendum for improved readability and to provide additional information concerning recent developments in global and US privacy laws.
