Turning disparate tools into a marketing command center

Webflow empowers marketers, designers, and developers to come together to create web experiences that generate measurable results. This year, we introduced Webflow as a Website Experience Platform, showcasing our commitment to providing marketers with tools they need to not just build and manage websites, but also analyze and understand customer behavior, optimize site experiences, and make data-informed decisions to drive engagement and growth. 

91% of marketers report the website drives more revenue than any other marketing channel, and 62% of companies report more than half of their revenue comes from the website , which signals marketers are increasingly fine-tuning their sites with technology to optimize the customer journey. Yet there are challenges: despite how tech stacks have grown over the past year, only 17% of marketing leaders believe these solutions actually fulfill their requirements.

The new Zapier App, now available in the Webflow App Marketplace, brings powerful capabilities to automate workflows that help marketing teams. From tracking form submissions and leads to creating blog posts and keeping page elements up to date, Zapier’s automated workflows (called Zaps) streamline tasks to help teams:

Our team worked closely with the team at Zapier to define and build a powerful app that leverages Zapier’s Workflow API. This means Webflow customers can access the full power of Zapier’s platform directly inside Webflow, making it easier than ever to browse, build, edit, and manage automations.

Empowering marketers to enhance productivity and impact with automation 

Telleroo: Streamlining customer and partner onboarding

Telleroo helps UK businesses automate bulk payments quickly and easily, without using costly and slow bank services. From payroll to supplier payments and tax contributions, Telleroo takes the stress out of payments. Accountants, bookkeepers and finance professionals benefit by de-risking payments, reducing the time and effort of making payments and reconciliations. 

The company website plays a pivotal role in acquiring new customers and partners. Right from launch, Telleroo leveraged Zapier for their Webflow site, taking an automation-first approach to streamlining key tasks and actions. For example, onboarding requires Know Your Customer (KYC) steps to be taken, including the entry of personal information and submission of identification documents. Through automations, Telleroo has the vast majority of new customers sign up quickly and easily without the need for human support. It also has used Zapier in tandem with conversational tools, such as an Intercom integration that provides chat-based support for site visitors. This saves team members hundreds of hours per month.

Nursa: Leveraging website automation to catalyze and accelerate growth 

Nursa is a healthcare staffing platform that improves patient care by connecting clinicians — the majority of whom are nurses — seeking flexible work with facilities in need of help. Hospitals, care homes and other medical facilities can fill shifts with qualified local talent, helping to ensure adequate care regardless of demand. For nurses, Nursa provides an opportunity to find shifts and earn more money. Nursa is a win-win-win for the healthcare industry.

Nursa uses Webflow Enterprise and regards its website as a key foundation for business operations, from providing information in order to attract and engage prospective customers, facilitate sign ups, and provide support. The team has leveraged Zapier in many parts of its operations, such as to build processes that support new inquiries from prospective facilities customers. These customers complete a Webflow form, which triggers the Zapier automation to submit the information to a range of tools — from Google Sheets to capture and categorize the lead and Gmail notifications for the Nursa sales team to Business Intelligence tools such as Twilio Segment and RedShift. 

Nursa continues to experiment, leveraging Webflow Apps and technologies to simplify and automate common processes. It’s now exploring how to leverage Zapier to improve the speed at which it addresses customer requests by automatically routing support inquiries to customer support team members. Nursa is able to rapidly ideating and testing new operational processes quicker than ever with Zapier and sees this as a force multiplier that significantly increases the speed at which it team operates.

Ruddr: Automating inbound lead capture to optimize for conversion

Ruddr helps professional services teams track time and expenses, manage projects and budgets, evaluate key metrics, allocate resources, and invoice clients. Founded by professional services veterans, Ruddr was built to address common pain points experienced by the industry, streamlining and automating important but time-consuming tasks so that professionals can focus on higher-value work.

The company conducts organic and paid marketing aimed at key industries like IT services, marketing services, and management consulting, which attracts visitors to its website. The site is geared towards capturing leads — providing different ways to find product features and other information — and encourages query submissions. Customers exploring the pricing page can reach out to get a quote, whereas those who want additional information about their platform can book a demo. One way Ruddr uses Zapier across its website is for inquiry and contact forms. Through seamless integrations, the team ensures the appropriate user information is captured and ingested directly into its HubSpot CRM. It also leverages notification capabilities to flag new opportunities to its sales team via Slack.

Get started with the Zapier App for Webflow today

To begin, click 'Install' on the new Zapier App listing, and you will be directed to Zapier.com to get started. 

After setting up a new Zapier account, or logging in to an existing one, add Webflow (not Webflow 1.11.1) as a new connection in Zapier. Once completed, you will now see the new Zapier App available in your Webflow Apps panel on the left hand navigation menu.

Click 'Launch App' to build and manage your Zaps — all without leaving Webflow.
