Mike Podobnik is a seasoned human resources executive with over two decades of experience leading People organizations in high-growth SaaS companies. As Senior Vice President of People at Webflow, Mike drives the company’s transition toward a high-performance, globally distributed, and inclusive culture. Reporting directly to the CEO and serving as a key member of Webflow’s executive leadership team, Mike oversees a comprehensive portfolio, including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, DEI, Total Rewards, Employee Experience, and Internal Communications.

Previously, Mike held HR leadership roles at prominent technology firms like Cribl, Confluent, and Medallia, where he played a pivotal role in scaling their People organizations through periods of rapid growth and IPO readiness. His achievements include launching innovative talent programs, establishing DEI practices, and implementing scalable systems and processes.

Mike is a recognized thought leader in building cultures of accountability and innovation. He is passionate about aligning People strategies with business objectives to enable sustainable growth. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Washington. Based in the Greater Seattle Area, Mike is also an advisor to several growing tech startups, leveraging his expertise to shape the intersection of people and technology. In his personal time, Mike enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest with his family and fostering meaningful connections within his community.
