“At Webflow, we believe that we can only achieve our mission by bringing forward a truly diverse and inclusive workforce where each employee feels valued and empowered to do fulfilling and impactful work.”

Our approach

  • Measure what matters.

We leverage data to measure, prioritize, and hold ourselves accountable for our efforts and impact.

  • Call all Webflowers in.

Inclusion is a team effort. We provide learning and engagement opportunities to enable and activate our team’s awareness, allyship, and advocacy.

  • Center the most marginalized.

We center and solve for the experiences of the most marginalized in order to build an organization and product that truly empowers everyone.

  • Be actively anti-racist.

To create and lead a workplace centered on equity, we acknowledge and combat the systems that perpetuate systems of racism and inequality.

Programs and initiatives

  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion council

Our DEI council is made up of appointed team members and executives that helps drive, integrate, and scale DEI efforts across our organization.

  • Affinity Groups

Our Webflow Affinity Groups provide funding, support, and space for marginalized identity groups.

  • Optimizing internal systems for equity

We design key internal systems and processes — from recruiting and hiring to promotions and compensation — to promote inclusion and equity. We audit and evolve these systems to drive more equitable outcomes.

  • Accessibility task force

Our accessibility task force is a team of leaders and advocates who are responsible for driving accessibility efforts in our product and building ableism awareness through education and empathy building exercises.
