We know forms are an essential part of how teams use Webflow to capture the information you need to run your business. We’re investing heavily in continuously improving the forms experience, making it even easier for you to build forms and connect information with your essential systems. As you may remember, we unveiled the first round of form improvements at the 2024 Webflow Conference in October. Today, we’re excited to share additional enhancements that make it even easier to manage this essential part of your website:
- Form fields now visible on the Forms page: You can now view a list of your form fields directly within the Forms settings, simplifying the process of reviewing and managing field configurations.
- Search in the Form submission notifications dropdown: We’ve added search functionality to the notifications dropdown, making it easy to quickly confirm if a team member is already set to receive notifications. This will be especially helpful for larger teams—no more endless scrolling just to find a name!
- Improved notifications dropdown UX: We’ve made several small visual and usability enhancements to the notifications dropdown for a smoother experience.
If you’re a developer, we’ve also made a couple of updates to our webhooks. First, webhooks can now be created directly in the Forms settings tab without needing to navigate to the dashboard. In addition, you’ll now see webhooks listed alongside other connections (like App Connections) in the Forms settings.
These updates are part of our ongoing efforts to improve forms and streamline workflows for your team. Stay tuned for even more enhancements in the coming year.
