Forms play a critical role on many websites. They let you capture lead data, collect feedback, build your email lists – and so much more. As conversion rates become increasingly integral for marketing teams, the importance of forms—both on your site and across your business—continues to grow.
Today, we’re excited to introduce a set of updates to help you manage this vital part of your website:
- Bot Prevention: Our new Bot Prevention feature runs seamlessly in the background, blocking unwanted form submissions without compromising data privacy or affecting the user experience.
- Revamped Form Settings: We’ve streamlined the Form settings view, bringing form connections and form submission notifications into one unified place. This brings more of your key form configurations in one panel to reduce the need for you to switch between the Designer and your Dashboard.
- Connected Apps Visibility: Easily track which Apps your forms are connected to— whether it's for embedding (like HubSpot) or data tracking (like Form Connector). You can also now launch or manage these connections directly from the Form settings.
If you're interested in building Apps that connect with Forms, we’ve also expanded our Data APIs, allowing developers to build more robust form integrations. This will allow developers to programmatically delete submissions and remove unnecessary fields, simplifying the process of mapping forms.
These updates are just the beginning—there's much more to come as we plan to introduce more granular Form settings and additional enhancements down the line.
