Today, Webflow launched its first major brand campaign in our 12-year history. Our message is simple and true: the best companies build their websites on Webflow.
Launching a brand campaign is an exciting moment for any leader. As someone who journeyed from marketer to product leader to CEO, I have always firmly believed the best products win, and when they do, everyone knows about them. What makes me especially excited about launching this campaign is while Webflow is already winning with modern marketers, I truly believe Webflow is the best kept secret in tech.
Before becoming Webflow’s CEO earlier this summer, I worked alongside our founder and now Chief Innovation Officer, Vlad Magdalin, as COO & President for two years. When I first met Vlad, I had never heard of Webflow. We became fast friends over many coffees and we talked about Webflow and his vision of unlocking the opportunity to touch billions of people and democratize technology through an easy-to-use visual development interface. I was captivated — and over so many more conversations with Vlad where we geeked out about Webflow and its potential, I quickly understood why Webflow is so incredibly special: this platform brings development superpowers to everyone.
I was stunned to discover CMOs, marketing teams, designers, and the agencies that support them are using Webflow to build and manage their most important websites in ways that were previously impossible. Some of the best companies in the world — from The New York Times to Dropbox, Away, Clear, Vice, TED, IDEO, and Orangetheory Fitness are powered by Webflow.
Webflow is unleashing the superpowers of modern marketing teams to visually create stunning web experiences and drive business results. This is a game changer for the modern CMO, who is expected to own the brand and the bottom line, because with Webflow, they can actually do it.
Together, designers and marketers, along with engineers, can build sites that typically take 6-9 months in a fraction of the time, sometimes just weeks. This saves precious time and allows marketing teams to focus on what generates revenue: optimizing, crafting, and launching more campaigns to drive the business forward.
Today over 300,000 of the best companies in the world have trusted Webflow to help tell their stories, and now, it’s time for Webflow to tell ours.
I am so proud of this team, and we are so grateful for our community. As we continue to tell our story, we will do it in the only way that feels true to who we are: by showcasing the stories of our community of companies, CMOs, and Webflow developers who are building and designing the future of the web.
We’re just getting started. Come experience a better way to build for the web.
Webflow is creating a world where marketers, designers, and devs can collaboratively launch web experiences that get results — fast.
