Chris Mele

Chris Mele is the founder and Managing Partner of Siberia, a digital innovation and design studio. With a background in business transformation, Chris has served as a trusted advisor to brands including Patagonia, Black Diamond and Nike, as well cultural institutions including The Whitey, The Met and The National Parks Service, helping them navigate disruptive technologies and generational change. He leads Siberia’s strategy practice, focusing on transformation strategies, organizational design, and change management. His work has been published in FastCo Impact, as well as WARC’s Future of Strategy Report 2025.
