Leslie Bradshaw

Leslie Bradshaw is a growth leader who has spent over two decades working with agencies, consultancies, and venture-backed companies to diversify and grow their revenue. She currently serves as a Fractional Chief Growth Officer at TeamUncommon and an Executive Coach with the ExCo Group. Earlier in her career, she helped lead twoSoDA agencies: co-founding data visualization firm JESS3, which grew into an Ad Age Small Agency of the Year and a two-time Inc. 500 company, and later co-leading the U.S. expansion of Made by Many. She splits time across New York City, Oregon, and the Dominican Republic with her husband and daughter.
