Boost.space
Connect Boost.space with Webflow to sync CMS data, automate order processing, and manage content across applications from one platform.
How to integrate Boost.space with Webflow
Boost.space automates data synchronization between Webflow and external applications using 40 pre-built Webflow modules for CMS content distribution, form submission routing, order processing, and product data management.
You can use the Boost.space marketplace app for quick OAuth-based setup or embed Boost.space forms directly in your Webflow pages for no-code data collection.
Use the Boost.space app
The Boost.space marketplace app connects Boost.space with Webflow through the official Apps marketplace. Install the app, authorize using OAuth 2.0, and start building scenarios through the Boost.space workflow builder. The integration requires permission scopes for Assets, CMS data, Custom code, Site forms, Page data, User accounts, Ecommerce store, and Sites.
The marketplace integration supports:
- CMS synchronization: Use list collections and create items endpoints to sync product data, blog content, and portfolio items
- Form automation: Set up form submission webhooks that route leads to CRM systems and marketing tools
- Order management: Use get order and fulfill order endpoints for e-commerce automation
- Content publishing: Call publish site and collection item publish endpoints for automated deployment
- Inventory tracking: Update stock levels through update inventory endpoints
Create a scenario in Boost.space's Integrator that triggers when a form is submitted in Webflow. The scenario validates lead data, maps form fields to your CRM's required fields, applies lead scoring rules, and creates the contact record — all using the pre-built Webflow modules to interact with the Webflow API without custom code.
After installation, navigate to Boost.space's Integrator, create a scenario, and add a Webflow module. Generate a Boost.space API Token through your account settings (with Read, Write, and Modify privileges), then authenticate with your Webflow API token from Site Settings → Apps & integrations → API access.
Note: Scenarios without Boost.space modules are automatically deactivated once a day under the fair-usage policy. Always use pre-built modules when available.
Embed Boost.space forms
Form embedding provides no-code data collection, loading forms dynamically into Webflow pages via JavaScript. Create a form in Boost.space, generate the embed script, and add it to your Webflow page using a custom code embed element. Add a container <div> with an ID matching the element ID parameter in your embed script.
The embed approach supports:
- AJAX-based loading with customizable CSS classes for brand consistency
- Dynamic form rendering that updates without republishing your site
- Automatic form submission processing through Boost.space scenarios for CRM updates, email notifications, and database storage
- Automated routing with configurable data processing rules
Add a custom code embed element in Webflow, paste the JavaScript snippet, then add a <div> container with an ID matching the element ID parameter. Publish your site to activate the form. Check the Boost.space forms documentation for the exact embed script format.
What you can build
Boost.space with Webflow enables automated workflows through prebuilt modules that synchronize information across business systems like form submission triggers, order management, inventory synchronization, CMS content updates, and site publishing automation.
- Multi-platform inventory sync: Synchronize inventory levels between Webflow and connected e-commerce platforms to reduce overselling risk
- Automated content publishing pipeline: Connect content creation in Google Docs through approval workflows to automatic publication in your Webflow blog
- Lead capture and CRM routing: Build landing pages that capture leads and route them to CRM systems and marketing automation tools
- Order fulfillment automation: Route e-commerce orders to fulfillment centers by region, update order status, and trigger customer notifications — all with no custom code
Frequently asked questions
Install the Boost.space app, then authorize using OAuth 2.0 Bearer Tokens. Generate your Webflow token through Site Settings → Apps & integrations → API access with required scopes (
sites:read, sites:write, cms:read, cms:write, forms:read, ecommerce:read). Create a connection in Boost.space's Integrator by selecting a Webflow module, clicking Create a connection, and pasting your API token.Yes. The Boost.space Webflow integration provides modules for listing collections and for creating, updating, deleting, and publishing items. Build scenarios that trigger on CRM changes, transform data to match Webflow schemas, and publish using the Publish Site module. Configure CUD webhooks to receive CREATE, UPDATE, and DELETE events.
Enterprise and Licences+ plans include a sandbox environment. For other plans, create duplicate Webflow sites and use separate Boost.space scenarios pointing to test site IDs. Use tools like webhook.site to inspect payload structures before connecting to production endpoints.
