How to integrate ConnectMagic with Webflow

ConnectMagic connects Webflow Ecommerce stores with Klaviyo's email marketing platform. Install from the Webflow Marketplace for visual configuration, or embed scripts using custom code.

Use the ConnectMagic app

Install ConnectMagic from Webflow's Apps panel, authorize the connection, and configure it through the visual interface. No custom code required.

Setup process:

  1. Open Webflow Designer and access the Apps panel
  2. Search for and install ConnectMagic
  3. Authorize the app connection
  4. Enter your Klaviyo API credentials (Public and Private keys from your Klaviyo account)
  5. Map form fields to Klaviyo properties using the visual interface
  6. Enable ecommerce tracking with toggle switches
  7. Monitor sync status in the Test Mode dashboard

  • Webflow plan with Apps support
  • Webflow Ecommerce plan (required for ecommerce event tracking)
  • Klaviyo account with Public and Private API keys

The app provides visual field mapping, toggle-based event tracking configuration, sync logs, and one-click retry for failed submissions.

Embed ConnectMagic scripts

For manual control over script loading, ConnectMagic provides JavaScript tracking scripts for installation through Webflow's custom code feature. This method lacks the visual configuration interface and monitoring dashboard. Place scripts in footer locations for page load optimization.

Klaviyo uses tiered rate limits with both burst (per second) and steady (per minute) metrics. For example, S-tier allows 3 requests/second and 60/minute, while L-tier allows 75/second and 700/minute. Implementations must respect both metrics to avoid failures. The Test Mode dashboard helps monitor sync status and retry failed submissions.

  • No. ConnectMagic syncs one direction only — from Webflow to Klaviyo. To write Klaviyo data back to Webflow CMS, you'd need a custom integration using the Webflow CMS API.
