Once you receive the embed code, implement it using one of three Webflow methods. Custom Code Elements provide page-specific inline placement. Page Settings custom code enables individual page deployment. Site Settings custom code allows site-wide implementation. Detailed instructions are provided in the next section.

Obtain embed code and deploy through Webflow Custom Code
Contact Flowstar support for implementation documentation and your site-specific embed code. Once you have the code, deploy it through one of three Webflow placement options.
Custom Code Elements place the widget at a specific location on your page. Open Webflow, click the + button to add elements, and drag the Embed component to your desired location. Double-click the element, paste your Flowstar embed code, and click Save & Close.
Page Settings custom code loads the widget script on that specific page only. Click the gear icon (⚙️) at the top to open Page Settings, scroll to the Custom Code section, and paste your embed code in the Before </body> section. Use the Head Code section only if Flowstar documentation specifies early script loading. Most interactive widgets perform better when loaded in the footer section.
Site Settings custom code injects the script across your entire site before the closing body tag for spin wheels that appear across multiple pages. Click Settings in the left sidebar, select Custom Code, and paste your embed code in the Footer Code section.
Custom Code Elements support up to 50,000 characters and cannot include <html>, <body>, or <head> tags. You can save configured embed elements as reusable components across your site.
Site-wide deployment through Site Settings reduces maintenance overhead but can impact performance on pages where the spin wheel is not needed. Page-specific deployment via Custom Code Elements or Page Settings provides better control over where the widget loads.
