Critical payment verification requirement

To verify payments completed successfully, configure direct webhook connections to your payment processor. For Stripe integrations, set up Stripe webhooks that listen for payment_intent.succeeded events to confirm payment completion before triggering fulfillment workflows.

Without payment processor webhooks configured separately, automation workflows receive form submission data but cannot verify whether payments succeeded or failed.
