Linknavigator
Connect Linknavigator with Webflow to automate internal linking, monitor link health, and improve SEO across content-heavy sites.
How to integrate Linknavigator with Webflow
Linknavigator connects to Webflow through a single integration path: the official Webflow App.
Use the Marketplace App
After connecting your Webflow account via OAuth, Linknavigator reads your site structure and CMS content, analyzes linking opportunities, and publishes approved changes to your live site. The entire workflow runs through the Linknavigator dashboard at app.linknavigator.io. You never need to add embed codes or modify your Webflow project directly.
Here's how to get set up in three steps:
Install the Linknavigator app
Install the Linknavigator app from the Webflow Apps Marketplace. During installation, Webflow's standard OAuth dialog prompts you to authorize four permission groups.
- Read authorized users grants account verification access
- Read page data allows Linknavigator to map your site's page structure for link analysis
- Read and write CMS data enables content analysis and the ability to insert approved internal links
- Read and write site data and publishing lets the app publish link changes to your live site
These permissions allow Linknavigator to handle the full workflow without exposing API tokens or requiring manual configuration. The app supports Webflow's enhanced security features.
Connect your Webflow site and Google Search Console
Once the app is installed, open the Linknavigator dashboard at app.linknavigator.io. Select the Webflow site you want to analyze, then optionally connect your Google Search Console account. Adding Search Console data lets Linknavigator factor in actual organic traffic patterns and keyword rankings when generating link suggestions. Without it, the tool still works but relies solely on content analysis.
After connecting, Linknavigator automatically crawls your site and begins generating link suggestions within the dashboard.
Review and approve links
Linknavigator presents suggested internal links in its dashboard. Each suggestion shows the source page, the destination page, and proposed anchor text. Review suggestions individually, approve the ones that fit your content strategy, and the tool adds them to your Webflow CMS content. Approved changes publish to your live site based on the permissions you granted during setup.
Links added through Linknavigator behave like any other link on your site. You can edit or remove them in Webflow at any time, and they remain active even if you cancel your Linknavigator subscription.
What you can build
Linknavigator turns internal linking from a manual, often-skipped SEO task into an automated workflow that scales with your content production. Here are a few things you can build with this integration.
- Automated link discovery and approval workflows: Linknavigator scans your Webflow site for contextual internal linking opportunities and presents them for review, so you can scale your linking strategy without manually auditing every page.
- Broken link monitoring systems: The Link Monitor feature continuously checks link health across your site and flags broken links or 404 pages, helping you catch issues before they affect SEO or user experience.
- Orphan page recovery: Linknavigator identifies pages with no internal links pointing to them and suggests connections, making isolated content discoverable to both visitors and search engines.
- Team-based link management: On Standard and Premium plans, multiple team members can review and approve link suggestions from the same dashboard, making internal linking a shared responsibility instead of a single-person bottleneck.
Frequently asked questions
Install the app from the Webflow App Marketplace and authorize the OAuth permissions when prompted. Then connect your Google Search Console account through the Linknavigator dashboard. The entire process requires no custom code or embed scripts.
The Webflow App Marketplace listing shows four permission groups: read authorized users, read page data, read and write CMS data, and read and write site data and publishing. These allow Linknavigator to analyze your site structure, insert approved links into CMS content, and publish changes to your live site.
Linknavigator currently works only with Webflow. The tool is built specifically for Webflow's API structure and OAuth system. According to the Linknavigator FAQ, support for other content management systems may be added in the future.
