This Applicant Privacy Notice (“Notice”) describes the categories of personal information that we, Webflow, Inc., a Delaware corporation located at 398 11th Street, Floor 2, San Francisco, CA 94103 (inclusive of our Affiliates, collectively referred to as “Webflow”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), collect, how we use your personal information, and how we secure your personal information for the purposes of applying for employment at Webflow. B. Sensitive personal information
The categories of personal information that Webflow processes include “sensitive personal information” as defined under theCalifornia Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”). Webflow does not use or disclose sensitive personal information for any purpose not expressly permitted by the CCPA.
C. Personal information Webflow may collect from other sources
We may obtain information about you from public sources, background check providers or third parties pursuant to applicable law. For example, we may obtain information about you from individuals who have referred you to us and recruiting service providers who may collect your personal information from publicly available sources. You may also choose to give us access to personal information stored by third parties, like your profile on a job-related social media site. By providing us with this access, you agree that we may collect and use this information in accordance with this Notice. We may also conduct background screenings through a third-party service provider and verify application information, like your education, employment, and/or criminal history, as allowed by applicable law.

We store your personal information for only as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purposes set forth in this Notice.
3. Your rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have certain rights relating to your personal information, including:

4. Who we share your personal information with
We share your personal information only with those who need it in order to perform their tasks and duties for the purposes described above. We may disclose your personal information to the following types of third parties:
- Webflow Companies: We may share your personal information with Webflow affiliates or subsidiaries for the purposes described above in Section 1 (“Collection and Processing of Personal Information”).
- Third-Party Service Providers: We may share your personal information with our third-party service providers who provide services like recruiting, background screening, and applicant management.
- Legal and Security: We may share your data with parties as needed for security or legal compliance reasons. If Webflow undergoes a business transaction like a merger, acquisition, corporate divestiture, or dissolution (including bankruptcy), or a sale of all or some of our assets, we may share, disclose, or transfer all of your data to the successor organization during such transition or in contemplation of a transition (including during due diligence).
Each service provider is vetted and bound by contractual obligations that are equivalent to the provision of this Notice or more stringent.
5. International transfers
Webflow uses approved data transfer mechanisms to transfer your Personal Information in and out of the United States and other jurisdictions, when applicable. We rely on the European Commission–approved Standard Contractual Clauses (and similar instruments for the UK and Switzerland) as a legal mechanism where required for any data transfers from the U.S. to a country outside the UK, EU, EEA, or Switzerland to the extent that any such transfers occur.
6. Security measures
Webflow is committed to ensuring the security of your personal information. We use commercially reasonable technological, physical, and administrative security safeguards, such as firewalls and carefully developed security features, to protect the confidentiality and security of your personal information However, as no system can be 100% secured, we cannot guarantee against unauthorized access by third parties.
7. Recourse, Enforcement, & Liability
We will investigate and work expeditiously to resolve any complaints or disputes in accordance with this Notice. If you have an inquiry or complaint regarding this Notice or our privacy practices, please contact us first at privacy@webflow.com .
You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority or regulator in your jurisdiction.
8. Updates to this notice
When we make a material change to this Notice, we will notify users by updating the posted date. Changes become effective the day they are posted. The revised Notice supersedes all previous versions of the Notice.
