Webflow uses a range of service providers (“Subprocessors”) to assist us in providing the Platform to you.
This Subprocessor list includes any of our service providers who may have access to your or your end users’ personal information when Webflow acts as your processor. The type of personal information that each Subprocessor processes is limited to only what is reasonably necessary for them to perform the services they provide.
Prior to engaging with a Subprocessor, Webflow performs extensive due diligence, which includes a privacy, security, IT and legal review. Webflow has executed a data processing agreement with each Subprocessor, which includes a valid transfer mechanism (when applicable), and which requires the Subprocessor comply with applicable data protection laws.
