Live phone support now available for Enterprise customers
Get live phone support for urgent questions and guidance — now available as one of our service level agreement options for Enterprise customers.
Emails are great, but sometimes an old fashioned phone call is the best way to get to the bottom of an nuanced (or urgent) question. And so, to ensure our Enterprise customers can get the right answers at the right time, we’ve added phone support as an option to our service level agreement options. Now you can schedule time with Customer Support at a time that works best for you. Available Monday through Friday from 6AM to 6PM PT.
