SEO and OG settings removed from Site Settings

Duplicate SEO metadata values are not the best idea for ranking in search, so we’ve removed these from your global Site Settings.

It's not the best idea to set duplicate values for SEO metadata across different pages, so we've removed SEO and OG settings from your global Site Settings. Instead of setting these values globally, you will now set these values on a page-by-page level in the Designer.

What if I already have SEO and OG values set across my whole site under Site Settings?

If you already have global SEO and OG settings configured under your Site Settings, we will not delete these values. As was the case before, any SEO and OG values you configure on an page specific level in the Designer will override your global values. However, once you delete values from your global SEO and OG Site Settings, they will no longer be editable on a site wide level, and will need to be set for each page of your site in the Designer's Pages panel.
