If you’re managing multiple sites, it can be very difficult to maintain design consistency and brand governance. Design system updates often require repetitive, site-by-site work, increasing operational overhead, slowing delivery, and introducing risk.
Today, we’re rolling out an update to Shared Libraries that makes it easier to manage design system changes across all your Webflow sites.
With this release, you can push updates from a source library to multiple consuming sites in bulk, without manually accepting changes on each site. You choose which sites receive each update to ensure changes are applied only where intended.
To further support governance, users will only be able to push updates to sites they have permission to edit, all bulk updates will be recorded in site activity logs, and sites will still require republishing before changes are reflected in production.
Together, these improvements make it faster and easier to enforce design consistency and brand governance at scale.
Bulk Library Updates are now rolling out and will be available on all Enterprise workspace plans in the coming weeks.
