How to integrate Blaze with Webflow

Content teams can automate the publishing of AI-generated content from Blaze to the Webflow CMS via Zapier, eliminating manual copy-paste workflows. Blaze has no native Webflow app — all connectivity requires Zapier automation.

For advanced use cases, you can build with Webflow and Blaze APIs to sync CRM data, though this requires developer expertise and isn't recommended for content publishing workflows. You can also use Zapier to connect Blaze.ai and Webflow for no-code automation.

Zapier is the only documented integration pathway. Create Zaps that trigger on "Publish Doc" events and create/update Webflow CMS collection lists — no coding required.

The supported workflows include:

• Automated blog publishing: Publish Doc trigger + Create Item action
• Direct-to-live publishing: Create Live Item bypasses draft state
• Content updates: Update Item modifies existing CMS entries
• Multi-site management: Separate Zaps per Webflow project

The setup steps include:

1. Create Zapier account → Make a Zap
2. Select Blaze trigger: Publish Doc → authenticate via OAuth
3. Select Webflow action: Create Item or Create Live Item → authenticate with API credentials
4. Map Blaze fields to Webflow CMS collection fields
5. Test and activate

Limitations:

• Cannot map reference/multi-reference fields
• Sync speed: 15 min (free) or 1-5 min (paid plans)
• One Zap per collection

Build with Webflow and Blaze API

Not recommended for content publishing. Blaze's content APIs aren't publicly documented. The available GraphQL endpoint only covers CRM and community management — not content publishing.

Use this approach only for syncing Blaze CRM data to Webflow. This requires Webflow API access, a Blaze API key (contact their support), custom middleware, and developer expertise.
