How to integrate Robynn AI with Webflow
Robynn AI connects to Webflow through three independent methods. The Robylon chatbot embed is the only integration with full public documentation. The Webflow Publisher agent and API-based approaches require either direct contact with Robynn AI or custom development work.
Embed the Robylon chatbot widget
Robynn AI's chatbot product, branded as Robylon, provides a JavaScript embed for adding conversational AI to your Webflow site. The Robylon Webflow integration guide documents the full setup process.
To install the chatbot on a specific page:
- Log into your Robylon dashboard and navigate to Settings → Channels → Chatbot → Install
- Select JavaScript as the embed type and copy the provided code snippet
- In Webflow, open the page where you want the chatbot to appear
- Go to Page Settings → Custom Code and paste the snippet in the head tag section
- Save your changes and publish the site to staging
- Test the chatbot, then publish to production
The Robylon guide documents per-page embedding through page-level custom code, not site-wide injection through site settings. If you need the chatbot on every page, repeat the process for each page or paste the code in your site-wide custom code settings in the head or body section.
All visual customization happens through the Robylon dashboard, not the embed code. Navigate to Settings → Channels → Chatbot to adjust interface layout, positioning, styles (title, subtitle, brand colors, images), and general settings (AI disclaimer, user feedback, message sounds). Click Update in each tab to save. Changes apply to your live widget without requiring any updates to your Webflow code.
Webflow's custom code sections support only client-side JavaScript. Server-side languages like PHP, Ruby, or Python are not supported.
