Next-gen CMS: Now available for all customers

Webflow's next-gen CMS is an architectural overhaul designed to unlock a new level of scale for how teams design with dynamic content. Following our Enterprise rollout in January, we've now successfully migrated all Webflow sites to this new architecture — and every customer can start leveraging expanded design flexibility immediately.

 New capabilities  include:

• 2X per-page Collection lists: Utilize up to 40 Collection lists per page.
• 5X per-page nested Collection lists and 10X more items per list: Support up to 10 nested lists per page and 100 items per nested list.
• Multi-level nesting: Design up to three layers deep with your CMS data — up from one.
• High performance and reliability: Publish, restore, and backup operations are more performant and reliable at scale — so your content goes live quickly and predictably, every time.

This enables you and your team to:

• Build higher-value pages that bring more related content together in one place, giving answer engines the structured context they need to interpret and surface your brand.
• Scale proven page patterns — like customer case studies or product pages — by pulling more CMS-driven sections directly into templates.
• Build richer directory and catalog-style pages that present relational content with fewer workarounds.
