How to integrate Formly with Webflow
Webflow's native forms lack multi-step flows and conditional logic. Formly fills this gap through a JavaScript embed and custom attributes for building lead qualification funnels, booking systems, and assessment quizzes.
Integrate using a custom code embed or the third-party Formly & Flowplay marketplace app. Both require a one-time script installation and work with existing Webflow form elements.
Custom code embed
Add a script tag to your custom code section, then apply custom attributes (like data-formly-step="1") to form elements. Create and publish your form in Formly's dashboard, copy the embed code, and paste it into a custom code embed element (excluding <html>, <body>, or <head> tags).

Third-party Formly & Flowplay marketplace app
The Formly & Flowplay app (ViDesigns) provides a visual interface for applying Formly attributes without manual HTML editing. It uses the same integration method as the custom code embed, but simplifies attribute management.

- Visual attribute management without code view
- Same functionality as custom code embed method
